The failure mode is ordinary. The phone rings during renovation season, when a ceiling test comes back hot the week the painter is booked, nobody answers, and a popcorn ceiling gets scraped by someone who never saw the lab report.
Gia answers and writes the test result, the square feet, and the room before talking about a clock time. The Containment bag count turns those counts into bags for that containment so the company sees a size, not a vague "can you come look."
Then one company is offered the note. A licensed abatement crew builds the containment and hauls the bags. Gia does not clear the air. If the window cannot be met, the caller hears the next real opening, not a promise that keeps the board pretty.
The note is the product. A callback that skips the test result, the square feet, and the room creates the second angry call.
